Lauren is a key part of everything that happens here at the Hall, working with couples and suppliers to ensure the planning process is as easy as possible, providing expert advice from her many years in the industry to nervous brides and grooms, putting them at ease.

Lauren’s primary focus is the people, and strives to create luxury experiences for our couples, with the help of her team.

Lauren is also responsible for managing some of our marketing, including all social media platforms ensuring they are updated regularly.

Lead Wedding Co-ordinator

Jess is often one of the first people our couples will meet here at the Hall.

She has a genuine passion for weddings and loves working with couples to help them plan their perfect day. From the initial viewing right through to the planning meeting, Jess is on hand to help answer questions and guide our couples through the entire process, making it as easy as possible.

Jess works hard to ensure everything is planned to perfection, before handing her couples over to their event manager.

Wedding Coordinator

Megan works alongside Jess, ensuring the planning process is seamless for our couples, from start to finish.

Megan brings with her a wealth of experience in the wedding industry and with her strong attention to detail and organisational skills, she'll be ensuring that every wedding she coordinates is nothing short of magical.

Megan works hard to ensure everything is planned to perfection, before handing her couples over to their event manager.

With a background in wedding and event styling, Megan oversees our in-house wedding décor collection and showroom.

Sacha Matthews

Event Coordinator & Wedding Administrator

Sacha supports Lauren and Jess with day to day admin and helps to coordinate weddings and events from behind the scenes. Sacha has a great eye for detail and spends time meticulously checking each wedding to ensure nothing is missed, before our couples are handed over to their event manager.

As well as coordination, Sacha also helps to create content for our social media platforms and is responsible for ensuring all marketing is relevant, with regular website checks and audits.

Corporate and Social Event Co‑ordinator

Natasha is responsible for all Corporate, Social and Christmas events at the Hall.

Natasha is a key player in our events team, responsible for driving social and corporate sales, and ensuring the seamless execution of a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large corporate functions.

Natasha has a strong background in sales and marketing, and her primary focus is to grow and build relationships with clients and partners.

From initial consultations to the final follow-up, Natasha ensures every aspect of such events is meticulously organized and seamlessly executed.

Natasha also has a background in wedding coordination, and will often step in to support the wedding sales team where necessary.

Jade Kelsall

Head of Event Operations

Jade is responsible for supporting all operational aspects of the business.

As well as day to day management of the business, her main priorities are to recruit, develop and train an operational team who are able to meet and exceed our agreed service standards. Jade strives to foster and maintain a positive workplace culture, leading by example and promoting positive team relations whilst creating an environment that supports career progression for those who seek it.

She oversees all operational service standards, operational efficiency, guest experience, customer service and staff retention.

Jades primary focus is creating luxurious, memorable moments for our wedding couples with the help of her team.

Jordan Tull

Senior Event Manager

As Senior Event Manager at Clevedon Hall Jordan is the driving force behind the delivery of our weddings and events. Jordan works closely with the event management team to ensure each event reflects our couple's visions whilst striving to maintain high standards of quality and service across event operations.

He is passionate about delivering memorable occasions for our guests and works closely with suppliers and leading and motivating our operations teams to deliver this

Jordan is also responsible for staff welfare at the Hall and is happiest when organising a fun filled extravaganza so the whole team can celebrate their own hard work.

Katie Mitchener

Event Manager

Starting as a bartender at a local events venue aged eighteen, Katie has always been interested in weddings and events.

Her talent for the industry clearly shone through and she quickly worked her way up to senior supervisor. Following on from her initial start in the events industry she has gone on to work in many established venues where she has held the title of event manager.

Katie has an excellent eye for detail and enjoys helping to bring to life brides' visions for their special day.

Kyle Bryant

Event Manager

Kyles' primary focus is day to day event management ensuring that every detail is perfect as per our guests requirements.

Kyle is also the HOD for our Service Team, one of the biggest departments in our business, he looks after their rota, training and champions high standards of food service with his team.

Kyle is also extremely skilled in bar and cocktail operations and is also responsible for the procurement, ordering and stock management of our wine, champagne and sparkling wines.

Matthew Zinkant

Event Manager

Matt is one of our longest serving members of the Clevedon Hall team and is a great example of in house talent.

Matt started here with us as a Porter and was a key figure in helping us launch luxurious bedrooms. Since then he has demonstrated outstanding levels of commitment and service rising through the ranks as Porter, Head Porter, Housekeeping Manager to his eventual role of Event Manager.

Matt had always dreamed of running his own weddings here at the Hall after years of supporting the operation and takes great pride in delivering an exceptional experience for his couples. Still today Matt remains an integral part of our rooms operations and looks after our Reception, Housekeeping and Porters teams alongside his event commitments.
